Thank you to all who came out to the Sunday Funday Trail Run at Placerita Canyon. The overcast weather was nice, company was great, and scenery was beautiful. We hope to have more SCRs join us for future trail runs. For those runners who are fast and/or want to go far distances, you are more than welcome to, and there will be a group for you. If you prefer to go a bit slower and enjoy the scenery, there’s also a group for you.

Even though I am not a fast runner, the group made me feel welcomed. We had some adventures and played some games, such as guess which trail led to the waterfall. The gang also pretended to be lost a few times which gave me time to catch up :o). In addition to running, we got to do some “obstacles” such as cross over the water on rocks and other items. Don’t worry, the group made sure we all got safely across.

I don’t know if there’ll be obstacles or other adventures at future trail runs, but the awesome company and great running will always be there! Hope to see you next time!
