Weekly track workout hosted/coached by Phil Howard.  Coach Howard provides a different workout each week, designed to increase your speed and endurance. All levels welcome!

BEGINING OCT. 20th, TRACK WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY NIGHTS.

DUE TO C.O.C. FOOTBALL SEASON, WE HAVE MOVED TO SAUGUS HIGH SCHOOL.

Workout for Monday 11.10.25:

2 Sets (continuous) with 1 lap recovery between sets:

• 800m

100m Sprints were going DOWN at Tuesday Monday Night Track!

Temperatures have begun to cool off and the days are getting shorter, which means that Tuesday Night Track workouts have gotten much more bearable!  Great running weather tonight!

Some dramatic cloud coverage gave us a bit of a reprieve from the heat at this weeks Track Night!

Looks like our Track Coach likes to assign the LONG workouts for when he is out of town!  🙂  300’s, 600’s, and more 300’s were the order of the day.  At least we had cooler temperatures than the last few outings!  Great workout and an even greater group of people to do it with!
