Weekly track workout hosted/coached by Phil Howard. Coach Howard provides a different workout each week, designed to increase your speed and endurance. All levels welcome!
Currently meeting at College of the Canyons:
6pm (individual warmup)
6:15pm Group Warmups / Strides followed by Workout

3 x 1600 meters
Full recovery between efforts

Another large turnout for our Tuesday Night Track! Tonight we kicked off a 10 week training program leading into our Annual 4th of July 5K Race!
One of our largest groups this year! With close to 40 club members, both new and old, we knocked out 400’s, 800’s, and 300’s together! Another great Tuesday Night at the Track!
Tuesday Night Track continues to be a big hit with the crowds! Great to see the large turnouts! High Knees across the infield (along with other drills) makes sure the legs are ready for some fast 800s and 400s. Of course, we were treated to a round of 4 x 200 meter Paarlauf (2 person relay running) at the end of it all! Always a good time!
Our Tuesday Night Track workouts just keep getting bigger! Coach Phil always comes up with a challenging workout for us!
