Weekly track workout hosted/coached by Phil Howard. Coach Howard provides a different workout each week, designed to increase your speed and endurance. All levels welcome!
Currently meeting at College of the Canyons:
6pm (individual warmup)
6:15pm Group Warmups / Strides followed by Workout
Workout for Tuesday 02.03.26:
4 x (600m – 200r)
6 x 400m (1 -2 min recovery)

We had one of our largest turnouts yet for Tuesday Night Track, but we could always use more! Come join us!
Thanks to K.J. for leading our club’s opening exercises at Tuesday Night Track! No wind or rain this time, so I guess Winter is over now, right?
One of our BIGGEST turnouts of the year this last week for Tuesday Night Track! I counted at least 52 people and I KNOW I’m missing some. It’s great to be back at C.O.C.!

Temperatures have begun to cool off and the days are getting shorter, which means that Tuesday Night Track workouts have gotten much more bearable! Great running weather tonight!
